I feel like spring has finally made an appearance. Many bulbs are blooming... wood hyacinth, scilla, grape hyacinth, daffodil, jonquil. And the violas are also blooming... even tho' the plants are still quite small.
Today I planted yellow onions. It was nice to work the soil, see all of the big healthy worms... and then plant. It felt good... and now i want to make my vegetable garden bigger. :-)
Paula's online gardening journal... since i can't seem to keep a written gardening journal going, i'm attempting to create (and update)this electronic one. Hopefully it will last longer than the written versions. Basic garden information... Zone 5 in Western Pennsylvania
